Emotions are shared between everyone. Anger, guilt, and joy are all examples of emotions that we show. As much as we show emotions, expressions such as frustration, sorrow, and shame are prime example of feelings that are difficult to control. We all have emotions, and we all handle them differently. When out of hand, these feelings can come result in devastating results such as cutting all social relationships or committing suicide. So controlling the emotion is an important skill in life.
Sadness
Sadness is an emotion when you are depressed and feel the need to stay alone. An example of being sad would be if your pet died or you just ended your relationship.

Anger
Anger is a feeling we get when a person doesn't pick up the phone or answer a text. It triggers a switch in your body that makes you aggressive.

joy
Joy is an emotion we express when happy. You can achieve happiness by being accepted by the person you love or by having a good time with the people you want to be with.
