Coping with death Coping with death is a hard thing. Grief is a normal thing while coping with death because your dealing with change. There are stages in grief, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. These aren't in order and these may vary. Grief can be a roller coaster, as in we may see it as having ups and downs because some times can be rough or smooth. To get support, tell a friend or family member or talk to a counselor. They can help you work through intense times. Also, take care of yourself. So face your feelings and have acceptance in your loss. Suicide |
Suicide is common for people with depression. It's often undiagnosed or untreated. Most mental illnesses lead to suicide. Some suicide warning signs are behavior, mood, and talk. Listen to the person that wants to commit suicide and hear them out. So look and see if they're using drugs or alcohol, if they're depressed, and also being a burden to others. Also try and distract yourself, write out your feelings, listen to music, or even watch a movie. Also, the national suicide hotline if you feel like you want to commit suicide is 1-800-273-8255 .

Many people with eating disorders see themselves as overweight even if they're extremely underweight! Some symptoms of Anorexia nervosa are: intense fear of gaining weight, extreme thinness, and also slow breathing and pulse. Anorexia Nervosa is eating very small quantities of certain foods.
Bulimia Nervosa is eating large amounts of foods that lead to excessive laxatives, forced vomiting, and excessive exercise. Some symptoms are acid reflux disorder, electrolyte imbalance that can lead to stroke or heart attack, and more. Binge-Eating Disorder is when a person loses control over their eating. They become overweight because unlike bulimia nervosa, binge-eating doesn't follow excessive exercising and excessive dieting. Symptoms of Binge-Eating are eating until you're uncomfortably full, frequently dieting without weight loss, and also eating when you're full or not hungry. You can prevent all of this by going to a therapist, talking about it to a family member or friend, going on medications, or even nutritional counseling. You can go on medications such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, and also mood stabilizers approved by the FDA. Also you could go to a Psychotherapy, a family member based therapy called Maudsley.
